UC SANTA CRUZ COLLEGE DEMOCRATS

Flora Last is a third-year Applied Linguistics and Multilingualism student from Sacramento. She joined College Democrats in the beginning of her second year to get more involved with the politics going on around her (local and federal) as well as helping to get out the vote and help educate people on how to vote! 

 

Now she holds the position of Vice President of Campus Affairs for UCSC College Dems, where she interacts with all of the clubs and groups on campus to make collaborative events and make more resources available on campus. She is also a part of Planned Parenthood:Generation Action, which educates and advocates for women's reproductive rights/ sexual health on campus.

 

This coming school year, she is so excited to work with campus orgs and the rest of the board in being able to plan events and hold meetings for all sorts of political and social events on campus!
